The Barrett MRAD represents a rifle built from the ground up for precision shooting and tactical adaptability. Its monolithic upper receiver is machined from 7000-series aluminum and features a full-length M1913 Picatinny top rail with integrated taper for long-range accuracy. Mounting slots positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock on the hand guard create a rigid platform for rails, optics, and accessories.
One of the MRAD’s defining features is its user-changeable barrel system. Converting between 7 different calibers or barrel lengths requires only two bolts and a standard Torx wrench—no gunsmith needed. The lower receiver houses a fully adjustable match-grade trigger module that lets you dial in your preferred pull weight. The right-side folding stock minimizes overall width for transport while locking firmly in place when extended. Tool-less adjustments to length of pull and cheek piece height accommodate shooters of different builds.
Controls are designed for ambidextrous use, including paddle-style magazine releases, left/right swappable thumb safety, and AR15/M16 compatible pistol grips, making the MRAD equally suited to right and left-handed operators.
