The Battle Arms Development Workhorse 9.5 Inch Free Float Handguard is machined from 6061 aluminum and hardcoat anodized black. This handguard features a free float design with M-LOK slot compatibility positioned at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. Skeletonized areas where M-LOK is not used reduce weight while maintaining function. A full length 1913 mil-spec Picatinny rail runs along the 12 o’clock position and has been notch cut to match the BAD upper receiver, further minimizing weight.
With the included barrel nut, this handguard weighs approximately 7.83 ounces. The slim 1.36″ internal diameter provides a comfortable grip and accommodates low profile gas blocks. It fits all Mil-Spec AR-15 upper receivers.
