Bergara HMR Pro 308 Winchester 20 Inch Bolt Action Rifle

The HMR Pro Rifle features the Bergara Premier Action, a two-lug system built around a separate floating bolt head that maintains consistent contact with the lug abutments. The design incorporates a cone-shaped bolt nose for reliable cartridge feeding and employs a spring-loaded sliding plate extractor. Its one-piece bolt body is constructed from stainless steel with a rear pad designed to accept the threaded-in bolt handle. The bolt head, non-rotating gas shield, bolt handle, and bolt shroud are all fully Nitrided for durability and self-lubricating properties. A two-position safety is integrated into the trigger assembly, which utilizes TriggerTech Frictionless Release Technology. This design allows the bolt handle to remain unlocked in the closed position, enabling the rifle to be safely unloaded without disengaging the safety. The .308 Winchester chambering pairs with a 20″ threaded barrel compatible with Remington 700 style rings and bases. The rifle is equipped with a detachable magazine.
