The Standard AK Sling works with AK-47, AK-74, and other AKM Style Rifles. Like its parent design, the Standard AK Sling features instant length adjustment with no sling tail to snag or components prone to failure. This enables secure weapon retention during extended carry, yet lengthens instantly for shouldering and firing without removing the weapon or wrestling with the sling. A Molded Universal Wire Loop(TM) comes threaded onto the front of the sling. Designed specifically for AK platforms, the UWL(TM) attaches to the elongated eyelet on the handguard retainer or gas block quietly and securely using nylon coated aircraft grade stainless steel cable. The UWL can thread underneath the gas tube for left-hand setup. The UWL is threaded to the front and remains removable for customized applications.
