The Browning Maxus II Stalker is a 12-gauge, gas-operated autoloading shotgun with a 28-inch chrome-lined steel barrel finished in subdued matte black with a black synthetic stock. The stock features overmolded grip panels for secure handling, and the barrel is topped with a HiViz Tri-Comp fiber-optic front sight and ivory mid-bead.
This shotgun is built around the Power Drive Gas System, engineered to cycle reliably across the full spectrum of ammunition loads while reducing felt recoil. The Maxus II carries forward the Lightning Trigger design, which delivers the fastest lock time available in autoloading shotguns. Recoil management is further enhanced by a new SoftFlex cheek piece and a 1-1/2″ thick Inflex Recoil Pad, making it more comfortable to shoot 3-1/2″ magnum loads.
The Invector-Plus choke system provides consistent, reliable shot patterns with proven durability, and the bore diameter is optimized to maximize shot velocity and pattern performance. Overmolded rubber panels on both the stock and forearm improve grip in all conditions, while the redesigned stock and forearm enhance overall comfort. The Browning Maxus II Stalker semi-automatic shotgun includes a durable ABS-molded hard case and 3 Invector-Plus choke tubes (F, M, IC).
