The Browning X-Bolt builds on the proven successes of past Browning rifles and incorporates numerous improvements to stand out in direct comparisons. The action is free-floated through bedding at the front and rear to ensure stability and maintain consistent barrel-to-stock spacing for accuracy. A recessed muzzle crown protects the rifling from damage. The bolt unlock button works with the top-tang safety to add an extra layer of safety when checking and unloading the chamber. The X-Bolt includes a three-lever Feather Trigger with a clean, crisp pull, X-Lock scope mount, Inflex recoil pad, and a 60-degree fast-cycling bolt lift. This Western Hunter Long Range model features a high-strength steel receiver, stainless steel sporter contour fluted barrel, removable muzzle brake, removable magazine, top-tang thumb safety, extended bolt handle, Hard Core Fiber Fusion stock in Cerakote Flat Dark Earth finish, and an adjustable comb system.
