The circuitry amplifies sounds below 85 decibels—including normal conversation, range commands, and ambient noise—while the microphones cut off for a split second when sound exceeds 85 decibels to safeguard your hearing. A pair of microphones, positioned one in each earcup, enables true stereo sound and helps you pinpoint the directional source of noises. The headband is padded and adjustable, with an integrated volume control knob and power indicator light. The muffs fold compactly for storage and transport. E-Max hearing protection delivers a 23NRR rating and operates on 2 AAA batteries (not included). This model features a pink finish on the earcups.
