The Canik METE SFX is a striker-fired, semi-automatic pistol built on a polymer frame in full-size configuration. It is chambered in 9MM with a 5.2″ barrel, finished in matte black, and fitted with 3-dot white sights. The METE series represents an evolution in semi-automatic sporting pistol design, incorporating an integrally flared mag-well for faster reloads, aggressive texturing for improved grip stability, a double undercut trigger guard, low-profile slide stop lever, and an angled rear sight edge. The slide features a co-witnessing optics-ready cut compatible with everything from a Trijicon RMRcc to micro optics, and the beavertail has been ergonomically redesigned for better handling.
Internal construction emphasizes user serviceability, with easy in/easy out push pins requiring only light pressure to remove using the included Canik punch. The modular internals disassemble and reassemble completely using only the Canik punch. The pistol comes standard with a 10-round capacity magazine. The package includes a holster and hard case, two standard capacity magazines, magazine E-Z loader, Speed mag-well, extra back strap, two optics bases, reversible IWB/OWB holster, Canik punch and toolkit, cleaning kit, gun lock, and manual.
