The critical sear engagement surfaces undergo a proprietary machining process that delivers superior surface finish and dimensional control. CMC achieves a 1-2 RMS surface finish through their techniques, compared to EDMing which produces a 32 RMS finish, as opposed to a mirror standard of 0 RMS. Single-stage AR-15/10 configurations are available for Small Pin, Large Pin, and M&P 15/22 trigger platforms, offered in multiple pull weights with Signature Flat, Curved, or Combat Curved bow options. Manufactured in Texas, CMC’s self-contained, easy-to-install trigger groups have been completely re-tooled to maximize production capacity, incorporate design enhancements, and reduce cost.
