The CMMG 28B940CTI Dissent 22 ARC 16.10″ carbine features a 6061-T6 aluminum upper receiver compatible with any mil-spec AR15 lower. Chambered in 22 ARC, this upper delivers 22-250 performance while maintaining the familiar AR15 manual of arms, combined with CMMG’s bufferless Compact Action design and non-reciprocating forward side charger.
The upper comes equipped with a 15″ M-LOK handguard, Picatinny rail, threaded barrel, reversible side charging handle, and adjustable gas block. The forward non-reciprocating side charger enables quick bolt cycling without moving your sight picture, with the left side charger installed as standard on all DISSENT uppers. A 1913 Picatinny rail end plate is included to replace the standard lower receiver buffer tube.
