The Crimson Trace LaserGuard Red Laser Sight mounts securely around the trigger guard of Springfield Armory XD and XD(m) pistols. This trigger guard-mounted laser features Instinctive Activation™ technology and installs in moments without tools. The sight comes pre-sighted at 50 yards with user-adjustable windage and elevation controls.
The laser produces a red beam at 5mw peak output with a 633nm wavelength, creating a .5″ beam size at 50 feet. It runs on a single 1/3N 3V lithium battery, and also accepts 2-357 silver oxide batteries as alternatives. The unit has no master on/off switch and features a black matte finish.
The LaserGuard fits Springfield Armory XD and XDM models. It does not fit Tactical 5″ and 4″ Service XD pistols with a single notch in the accessory rail.
