The receiver is stainless steel, paired with a black adjustable comb and length of pull stock that balances weight and handling. Quick take-down, tools-free disassembly allows the rifle to be broken down for transport or emergency situations.
The Scout V2’s stock is lightweight and 100% ambidextrous, featuring CVA’s CrushZone® Recoil pad for the recoil characteristics of the .44 Magnum cartridge. A muzzle brake is included to manage recoil energy. The design incorporates a suppressor-ready profile and a Picatinny rail for optics mounting.
