Designed in 1975, the CZ 75 is the flagship model of the CZ handgun line with over one million produced. The CZ-USA 75BD is a decocker version of the basic CZ 75 B model. The decocking lever mounted on the left side allows the hammer to be easily lowered on a loaded chamber for a safe, ‘hammer down’ carry.
It features all steel construction, a high capacity double column magazine, hammer forged barrel, and ergonomic grip and controls. The CZ 75 BD’s unparalleled accuracy stems from its slide-in-frame design for better recoil control and improved slide to frame fit. The pistol is chambered in 9mm with a 4.6-inch cold hammer-forged barrel and comes standard with white 3-dot sights and two 10 round magazines. It functions in a double action and single action capacity with an external hammer and firing pin block safety for additional protection.
