Daniel Defense DD4 SPRIII semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Rem / 5.56 NATO with an 18in MK12-profile cold hammer-forged barrel, 15in RIS III handguard with ARCALOCK, Magpul PRS Lite stock and one 32-round magazine. The SPRIII retains the 18″ stainless MK12-profile barrel and rifle-length gas system that made the MK12 renowned for its accuracy and soft recoil. By retaining the MK12-profile barrel and gas system and adding next-generation upgrades, Daniel Defense has created a rifle that honors the MK12’s purpose while adapting it for today’s precision demands.
A Geissele Super Semi-Automatic (SSA) trigger ensures match-grade consistency, while the new Magpul PRS Lite stock provides stability and adjustability. The new fully ambidextrous lower rounds out the upgrades, making the SPRIII the evolution of precision. Daniel Defense has introduced a new 15″ RIS III rail with an integrated ARCALOCK section for extended bipod and accessory mounting. Receivers are Mil-Spec (7075-T6 Aluminum, Type III Hard Coat Anodized). Barrel is proprietary blend of stainless steel, cold hammer forged, 1:7 twist, 18″ MK12 profile, DLC finished, and HP/MPI tested.
