The DNZ Game Reaper Mount is engineered for Savage All Round Receiver rifles (2004 and newer), compatible with models 1011, 1211, 1416, 1110, 1111, 1112, 1114, 1116, 2122, and 20. This mount fits both left and right hand firearms and accommodates Savage’s rounded receiver design on the front and back where the mounts attach.
MOA mounts feature tapered front rings designed for long range shooting, positioning the front ring approximately .03″ lower than a standard mount. Base screws measure 6-48 X 1/4″ long while ring screws are 6-40 X 5/8″ long; both use a 7/64″ Allen wrench. Note that some Stealth models and .338 Lapua receivers have been factory-modified with larger 8-40 base screws requiring a 9/64″ Allen wrench—verify your firearm’s specifications, as mount modification may be necessary ($40, including larger screws).
Short action models feature 4.36″ outside-to-outside ring spacing. Standard rings measure .63″ wide with 2 ring screws per ring, while Tactical rings measure .80″ wide with 4 screws per ring. Hole-to-hole spacing dimensions are .86″, 3.94″, and .86″. Height options from top of receiver to scope tube centerline: low .92″, medium 1.05″, high 1.17″.
Long action models feature 5.06″ outside-to-outside ring spacing (offset ring mounts marked OS measure 4.42″ outside-to-outside for shorter tube scopes; see part numbers 18200OS medium and 12200OS high). Standard rings measure .63″ wide with 2 ring screws per ring, while Tactical rings measure .80″ wide with 4 screws per ring. Hole-to-hole spacing dimensions are .86″, 4.63″, and .86″. Height options from top of receiver to scope tube centerline: low .92″, medium 1.05″, high 1.17″.
When using the Nikon Prostaff P3 Shotgun scope, the HIGH 12200OS Mount is required, as the larger focus ring necessitates additional clearance from the base.
