EGW manufactures this scope base for the Savage 93 in matte black aluminum, precision-engineered for Savage 93 and compatible Savage MK II rifles with 1-5/8″ ejection port, as well as Stevens 310 models. Machined from domestic 6061 T6 extruded aluminum and finished with matte black anodizing, this one-piece Picatinny rail measures 5.882 inches in overall length.
The rail delivers a center spread of 3.345 inches and stands 0.4 inches from the top of the receiver to the top of the Picatinny rail, all while weighing just 2 ounces. Full-width cross-slots are gauged to MIL-STD 1913 specifications to ±.002 inches for precise fit and compatibility with standard Picatinny scope rings. Picatinny/Weaver cross slots extend the full length of the rail, allowing flexible positioning of scope rings and accessories.
A center channel reduces weight without sacrificing rigid construction. The base drills to match factory scope mount holes on the receiver and features bevels on both sides for ambidextrous mounting. Installation uses #6-48 X 1/4 screws with a T-10 Torx bit included, requiring 20 in/lbs torque specification.
