These barrels are machined from raw bar stock, then fully stress-relieved, air-gauge tested, and Magnetic Particle Inspected to guarantee consistent performance. The 11-degree target crown delivers superior accuracy, while button rifling and the Big Gunner profile provide reliable function and durability. Built with a pistol barrel gas system, Salt Bath Nitride finish applied inside and outside, M18x1.5 thread with tapered shoulder (adapter included), 1.9″ gas block journal, and a standard DPMS Gen 1 .308 Extension finished in Black Oxide, this 12-inch barrel is designed for shooters who demand precision and reliability in the 8.6 BLK platform.
