Faxon Firearms barrels are manufactured in-house in Cincinnati, Ohio, where they undergo full stress relief, air-gauge testing, and 11 degree target crowning to deliver superior accuracy. Manufacturing begins with premium materials—either certified 4150 Mil-Spec steel or 416-R Stainless—followed by rigorous testing at each production stage. After Nitride finishing, every barrel receives individual headspace verification using precision PTG gauges.
