The FN America FN15 Tac3 5.56 NATO 16 Inch Rifle is built on a MIL-SPEC foundation featuring an HP/MPI-tested and certified bolt and M16-style bolt carrier group with mid-length gas system and H buffer for dependable operation. Accuracy and performance stem from FN’s signature chrome-lined, cold hammer-forged barrel constructed from FN proprietary steel, fully free-floated within a Hodge Defense-designed wedge lock handguard. The rigid handguard is secured with a proprietary barrel nut and anti-rotation technology, delivering continuous 12 o’clock rail space and multiple M-LOK attachment points for lights, lasers, and accessories while resisting deflection under stress. The rifle is equipped with ambidextrous charging handle and selector, FN’s custom 6-position buttstock, pistol grip, and magazine. This streamlined, rugged carbine comes with ambidextrous Radians controls and is built for reliable performance in demanding use.
