The Full Length Sizing Die is equipped with the exclusive “E-Z” Out Expander Ball, which helps solve the problem of keeping case necks concentric during the neck expanding operation, and the combination of the elevated “E-Z” Out Expander Ball and butyl rubber Co-Ax Washer corrects misalignment of the Decapping/Expander Assembly. Each die is manufactured from high quality steel carefully machined to very close tolerances, and the dies are hand polished both before and after the heat-treating process to guarantee an extra smooth finish.
All Forster reloading dies feature the Forster Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring that tightens the two ends of the split ring instead of tightening a hex screw directly onto the threads of the die body.
