Forster Bench Rest Reloading Dies provide the reloader with the ability to produce concentric rounds over and over again. Each die is manufactured from high quality steel carefully machined to very close tolerances, and the dies are hand polished both before and after the heat-treating process to guarantee an extra smooth finish. All Forster reloading dies feature their Forster Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring that tightens the two ends of the split ring instead of tightening a hex screw directly onto the threads of the die body.
These Forster full length die sets include a full length sizing die and the Forster Bench Rest seater die. Forster full length sizers feature their E-Z case neck expander system—a Forster exclusive. The full length sizing die sizes the neck, shoulder and body of the case, which allows the case to be re-chambered in a SAAMI minimum size rifle chamber. In the Bench Rest Seater Die, the bullet, case and seating system are all held in the same close fitting chamber for the entire seating operation. The set comes in a deluxe die box that will accommodate virtually any combination of two or three Forster dies, and includes case hardened steel die construction.
