The Franklin Armory BFSIII is a 3-position curved trigger featuring user-friendly operating positions to switch from safe, semi-auto, and binary. In position three, it fires one round on pull and one round on release, making it the fastest semi-automatic trigger on the market. Designed for use with most standard caliber AK platforms (7.62×39, 5.45×39, and 5.56 NATO), this binary firing system delivers significantly reduced split times between rounds, allowing for tighter groups.
The release round can be canceled by only moving the Patent Pending selector out of Binary mode while holding the trigger back, giving you precise control during operation. The BFSIII trigger is easily installed without a gunsmith and requires no proprietary bolt carrier group. Trigger pull weight is approximately 5.5 lbs +/- .5 lbs, providing consistent, predictable engagement.
