The Fusion Firearms Freedom Series NCOM is a 1911 tactical hybrid pistol built on a commander frame with an officer slide. Both components are CNC machined from bar-stock for durability and feature standard NVK sight cuts. The barrel is a bull barrel with hard chrome finish, paired with a reverse dual-spring guide rod system.
Available in checkered or smooth front-strap textures, the NCOM comes in two caliber options: 45 ACP with 8-round capacity and 9mm with 10-round capacity. It uses standard 1911 government magazines for broad compatibility and includes a beavertail grip safety, combat hammer, and trigger group. The undercut trigger guard, rounded butt of mainspring housing, and rounded frame edges support carry comfort, while aggressive “No-slip” cocking serrations ensure secure handling. An integral tactical accessories rail provides mounting flexibility.
The slide and frame are lightly dehorned and hand blended, then finished in matte black oxide. Each pistol is hand-built, hand blended, and hand-tuned for long-lasting use. Compact size and lightweight design make it suitable for both tactical and recreational use.
