Traditional bonded hollow point bullets often over penetrate, resulting in insufficient energy transfer and inadequate trauma inside the target. The Civic Duty round defeats barriers with the same effectiveness as the R.I.P. and expands to 2.5 times its initial diameter upon contact with a fluid medium.
