G2 Research Telos .45 ACP ammunition delivers 160 grain solid copper hollow point bullets loaded in 20-round boxes. This new production round uses lead-free construction throughout, achieving 920 FPS muzzle velocity and 392 ft-lbs of muzzle energy when fired from a 5-inch test barrel. The cases are nickel-plated brass, reloadable, non-corrosive, and boxer primed.
The Telos penetrates 12″ – 13″ and creates seven separate wound channels. Upon contact with a fluid medium, the bullet expands to 3x its initial diameter. Precision machining enables controlled fragmentation, making this round effective against close-quarter threats. The solid copper construction ensures consistent performance independent of traditional lead-based projectiles.
