GG&G offers these EOTech Lens Covers designed to fit between the EOTech hood and the body of the EOTech housing for the 512/552 models. Spring-operated design allows the covers to pop open once you release them from the closed position. The rear cover sits across the top to keep your field of view clear, while the front cover opens to function as a sun shield. The front lens will fold back if you encounter heavy brush or similar obstacles, protecting it from damage. Due to the shape of the EOTech housing, these rifle scope lens covers are not 100% waterproof, but they do prevent most dust, debris, rain and snow from accumulating on the lenses.
