The Hi-Point 995TS is a 9mm semi-auto carbine built with an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock featuring an internal recoil buffer. The rifle includes multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base for accessory mounting. Operation is straightforward with a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, and last round lock open feature. Sights are fully adjustable with a post front and peep rear configuration.
This carbine is built around a 16.50-inch barrel with an overall length of 31 inches. Hi-Point manufactures this rifle in America using 100% American parts and assembly. The 995TS is rated for +P ammunition and functions reliably with all factory ammunition. The rifle ships with a 10-round magazine and features a Desert Digital camouflage finish on the stock paired with a black metal finish. Note that the magazine is not compatible with the C9 model.
