The Hi-Point 995TS is a 9mm carbine built with an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock and internal recoil buffer. It ships equipped with multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base for mounting optics. The controls include a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, and last round lock open feature, while fully adjustable sights—post front and peep rear—allow you to dial in your zero.
This carbine features a 16.5″ barrel and measures 31″ overall length. The 995TS comes with a black stock and black metal finish. Hi-Point manufactures this firearm in America using 100% American parts and assembly. The carbine is +P rated and cycles all factory ammunition reliably. It includes a 10-round capacity magazine. (Note: the magazine is not compatible with the C9.)
