The Hi-Point Firearms HP-15 is a direct-impingement, semi-automatic, centerfire rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 Rem. This model features a 16-inch barrel with a 1:8 twist rate, forged 7075 T6 aluminum receivers, and removable flip-up adjustable sights with a post front and aperture rear. The rifle comes with a 30-round capacity polymer detachable box magazine, lock, and owner's manual.
The 15-inch free-floating aluminum handguard includes a full-length optics rail and M-LOK slots for accessory mounting. The muzzle is threaded at 1/2×28 TPI and fitted with a removable A2 flash hider. The single-stage polished stainless steel trigger breaks at 5 pounds, 1 ounce. An adjustable M4-style stock allows overall length adjustment from 32.75 to 36.25 inches, and the rifle weighs 6 pounds, 4 ounces.
