This Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension Series II Rifle 3-Die Set was specially designed to give serious reloaders a lifetime of durable performance, precision-crafted to guarantee that the dies never break down or wear out from normal use.
Hornady Custom-Grade New Dimension Dies are the most advanced reloading dies available today, created from select steel that’s heat-treated to ensure durability needed for a lifetime of reloading. The set features Zip Spindle™ design on all full length size dies that positively locks to eliminate slippage, with light threads cut on both the spindle and spindle collet allowing incremental adjustments by turning the spindle. The internal die profile is precision machined and polished to a smooth finish that delivers reliable functioning without case sticking or excessive friction.
The set includes a full-length steel sizer die (case lubrication required), seating die and expander die. Hornady’s in-line bullet seating system holds the bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect alignment in the sleeve before the bullet enters the neck of the case, with a floating bullet alignment sleeve, floating steel seating stem and built-in crimper for benchrest precision, aligning bullets in the sleeve as they enter the die for optimum seating and enhanced accuracy.
