The Howa M1500 HS Precision in 30-06 Springfield is manufactured one at a time in the United States using premium raw materials. A CNC-machined aluminum bedding block is custom fitted to the specific dimensions of the Howa 1500 barreled action. This bedding block is then placed into a mold where both sides are hand laminated with kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber. Each stock receives hand finishing to meet exacting standards. The rifle features a 22″ barrel, two-stage trigger, and a steel receiver, delivering Sub-MOA performance.
