The brake accepts the entire range of Dead Air Sandman KEYMO silencers, giving you seamless suppressor compatibility. Dead Air Sandman silencers feature solid welded Stellite baffle cores with detachable front caps and Cerakote finished exterior surfaces for long-term durability.
Lantac manufactures the Dragon on Swiss lathes from AISI4140 steel, hardened to 48-52Rc (Rockwell C) and QPQ (Quench Polish Quench) Nitrided to AMS2753D standards to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life. The mount design carries full licensing from Dead Air, so your suppressor warranty remains unaffected. Each brake is serial numbered for quality control and ships with a timing shim set. Thread size is 5/8-24 UNEF R/H, with a body diameter of 0.824″ and mount diameter of 1.080″. Overall length measures 2.760″ and weight is 3.42oz. Finished in Black Nitride QPQ, the Dragon is made in the USA. Lantac recommends the use of semi-permanent thread locker Rocksett, sold separately.
