The L.E. Wilson SCB-60 6mm Stainless Micrometer Top Seater Die Blank includes Cap Stem, Micrometer, and Base. The bore hole arrives finished and the blank is extended in length to allow you to cut it to your specifications, with a neck and pilot hole already drilled through to the finished bore. This blank lets reloaders customize and chamber their own micrometer seater for specific applications.
The stainless-steel seater die incorporates a built-in micrometer seating depth adjustment with an easy-to-read scale marked in 0.001 graduations. Major seating adjustments are made using the 3/8″ – 24 TPI threads in the cap. L.E. Wilson dies are manufactured to exceptional quality standards, harder than grade 8 bolts and precision engineered.
The package includes a guide on chambering the die and is designed for reloaders who machine their own dies for wildcat cartridges or specific chamber reamers. Experience with machine work is necessary, or consult a local gunsmith for information on finishing these dies.
