The Lee Universal Flaring Die is designed to gently flare case mouths for accepting cast bullets without shaving. It also works to prevent damage to the moly and low friction coatings found on today’s high performance jacketed bullets. The tool includes neck plugs for .22 cal. through .45 cal. and works on everything from the .22 Hornet to the largest Ultra Mag.
