The Leupold Mark 4 IMS 20-MOA Integral Rail Insert (MPN: 110293, UPC: 030317102937) is designed specifically for tactical use and features a monolithic, cantilever design with an integral base/ring formed from one piece of bar stock that affixes securely to the picatinny rail of most AR and other tactical rifles. Built to withstand the most intense conditions, this insert provides the elevation adjustment needed for precision long-range shooting applications.
The Mark 4 IMS 20 MOA insert was developed for extra-long range shooters whose scopes may run out of elevation adjustment, raising your scope’s rear ring by 20 MOA to effectively raise your muzzle and provide more margin to the elevation adjuster’s limit. The forward cantilever design places your scope forward on the rail to provide a full field of view, positioning the center of the optic 1.5″ off the rail—the same height as open sights on a classic AR, making it easier to look through your scope without struggling to get low enough to the stock.
