The Leupold Standard Winchester 70 Long Range RH-SA is a 1-piece scope base constructed from forged and machined steel with a matte black finish. It fits Winchester 70, 670, 770, and 70A models in short action configuration. Leupold’s steel standard bases and rings are versatile mounting systems where the rear ring is secured by windage adjustment screws, allowing the scope’s internal adjustments to be used for precise sight-in.
Shims can also be used for gross elevation adjustment, reserving the scope’s elevation adjustment for BDC (bullet drop compensation) dial applications.
