The Luth-AR Barrel Vise Jaws are an armorer tool designed for securing AR barrels during assembly and maintenance work. Two “V” blocks clamp into a standard bench vise, providing a stable work platform. Constructed from 6005 Aluminum with a silver brushed finish, they deliver strength and durability suitable for professional gunsmithing applications.
These jaws accommodate standard barrels, 1″ bull barrels, and 3/4″ heavy barrels. The design includes additional notches and surfaces that allow you to hold or stabilize components while setting or removing pins and performing other operations. The 4-inch length V-blocks are engineered specifically for AR-15 and M16 platform barrels, holding them securely during barrel nut installation or removal without marring the finish.
The Luth-AR VJ-01 is suited for assembly of new rifles, installation of free-float handguards, and routine maintenance requiring controlled torque application and precision work.
