Its compact footprint minimizes bench space requirements. The press frame is constructed from cast iron, with steel components throughout. Compound linkage delivers optimum leverage, and the ram measures 1″ in diameter with a 3 7/8″ press opening capable of handling all pistol calibers and rifle cartridges with a loaded length of up to 3.700″. The centrally positioned handle enables ambidextrous operation, while a ball handle ensures comfortable use. The Ideal Press accepts all 7/8″x14 thread dies and standard shell holders.
