Ruger and Magpul have over 100 years of combined experience designing and producing innovative, high-quality products in the firearms space. Magpul recently created a grip – the EHG RG9 – for the Ruger RXM, a 9mm NATO pistol made in the USA at Ruger’s factory in Prescott, AZ. The Ruger RXM Compact EHG packs a variety of important features into its design, and it’s compatible with Ruger’s innovative Fire Control Insert (FCI) for individual customization, control, and comfort. It’s also compatible with most Gen3 aftermarket parts and functions with many Magpul GL9® and OEM 9mm GLOCK® magazines.
The EHG RG9 features ¾-scale TSP on the front strap, back strap, side panels, and forward index pads, delivering consistent tactile purchase in demanding conditions. The grip includes ergonomics-focused features such as an undercut trigger guard, a flared magazine well and a low-profile carry bob at the heel to minimize printing for concealed carry or everyday carry applications. It weighs under three ounces and incorporates Magpul’s Trapezoidal Surface Projection (TSP) texture to provide consistent tactile purchase without excess bulk.
The RXM Compact EHG is made using the same rugged, dependable, injection-molded polymer found in most Magpul products and is made in the USA. The grip ships with magazine release, magazine-release spring, slide-lock spring, and takedown pin spring. It’s compatible with Ruger’s innovative Fire Control Insert (FCI) for individual customization, control, and comfort.
