The Mission First Tactical Hybrid Inside Waistband Holster for Sig Sauer P365-XMacro combines Kydex construction with Genuine American Full Grain Leather to deliver the precision and retention of modern polymers alongside the comfort and durability of premium leather. This hybrid design eliminates the break-in period associated with traditional leather holsters while extending service life beyond conventional options.
The holster supports versatile carry configurations including AIWB, IWB, and OWB positions, with ambidextrous hole patterns enabling both right and left-hand carry. Deployment options include strong side, inside waistband, or appendix positioning to suit your preferences. Each unit is handmade to exacting tolerances for the P365-XMacro using advanced techniques and materials, with adjustable retention and an audible “CLICK” feedback on draw and re-holster for a smooth, secure experience.
The holster features adjustable cant from 0-15 degrees and comes standard with a 1.5″ Belt Clip. RMR compatibility and Sight Track compatibility with Suppressor Sights are included. All components are molded, trimmed, assembled, and buffed by hand. Use of medium (blue) thread locker on screws is suggested. Made in the USA at MFT facilities, this holster is comfortable for constant wear.
