Nosler engineers each Partition bullet with precise length, weight, and ogive design to optimize both in-flight performance and terminal ballistics. The fully tapered copper-alloy jacket initiates rupture at its thin mouth, while gradual thickening along the bullet’s axis governs expansion and curls the jacket uniformly outward across both high and low velocities. An integral partition supports the expanded mushroom and retains the rear lead alloy core. The enclosed rear core preserves more than half the original bullet weight to achieve deep penetration. Special crimp locks reinforce the bullet to resist deformation under the pressure of heavy magnums.
