The Optivisor LP-10 Lens Plate 3.5x magnification is a replacement lens for the Optivisor headband magnifier. The lenses are composed of optical glass prismatic lenses (crown ophthalmic glass), and are ground and polished to precision optical standards – with bevelled edges and mounted in interchangeable plastic frames. With 3.5x magnification and a 4-inch focal length, this lens plate provides optimal working distance for detailed precision work in gunsmithing, jewelry, watchmaking, and fine assembly.
The lens plate is extremely easy to attach or remove from the DA range of Optivisor headband magnifiers, using simple pop screws. The lenses are mounted with the use of plastic pins which allow users to quickly and easily remove and install different lenses, making it simple to switch between magnifications as your work demands. Each lens frame measures 4″ x 1.5″ inches.
