Radian Weapons manufactures the Model 1 Upper Receiver and Hand Guard as a precision CNC machined matching set with structural reinforcement in critical areas for improved strength and rigidity. The upper receiver is cut from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and includes a dust cover, hand guard anti-rotation pin, light weight forward assist, and Raptor-SD Ambidextrous Charging Handle. The hand guard incorporates Magpul M-LOK accessory mounting slots and attaches to the barrel nut using four steel cross bolts coated in black nitride for corrosion resistance. All surfaces are precision machined and chamfered to eliminate sharp edges. Both components are finished with Radian Cerakote for a coordinated appearance.
