The RCBS MatchMaster Full-Length Die Set includes a Full-Length Sizing Die and Bullet Seating Die, utilizing neck bushings to control neck tension (sold separately). The full-length sizing die utilizes precision-machined neck bushings to deliver the perfect amount of neck tension on each round, while the titanium nitride coated expander offers smooth case extraction and reduced brass buildup. Each die is made from case hardened steel with inside surfaces precision-drilled and reamed to exacting standards, then hand polished.
The MatchMaster Competition Seating Die is distinguished by its bullet seating window with bullet retaining system—simply place the bullet in the window and raise the case into the die to seat the bullet. The die features a micrometer-adjustable, free-floating, self-centering bullet seating stem that provides the most accurate bullet seating. The large, oversized adjustment knob has oversized letters and hash marks for precise one-thousandth-of-an-inch adjustments.
These dies produce first-class case concentricity by aligning the case and bullet before they meet, then guiding them together in perfect alignment through the seating process, resulting in superbly concentric ammunition. The sizing die requires appropriate neck bushings, available separately. RCBS products are made in the USA.
