RCBS brings this Small Base Reloading Die Set for .308 Winchester, engineered for bottleneck cases used in tight-chambering semi-automatic, pump, and lever-action rifles.
The set contains two dies: a Small Base Sizer with an Expander-Decapping Unit, and a Regular Seater Die with Seater Plug. The sizer resizes cases below SAAMI minimums, reducing the shoulder and body by a few thousandths, while simultaneously depriming the case. The Seater Die features a built-in roll crimper that secures the bullet at the moment of seating. To seat bullets without crimping, simply unscrew the die until the crimp ring no longer engages the casemouth.
Dimensions: 1.80 X 4.55 X 6.00 inches (Height: 1.8000, Width: 4.5500, Length: 6.0000). This two-die set is non-carbide and designed specifically for .308 Winchester Small Base applications.
