The Redding 6.5x47mm Lapua Full Length Die Set contains a full length sizing die with decapping rod assembly with a neck expander and seating die with bullet guide, built-in crimping ring and seating plug. This two-piece set delivers the essential tooling needed for reloaders working with this precision cartridge, combining full-length sizing with integrated bullet seating capabilities for consistent case preparation and optimal performance.
The Full Length Sizing Die allows the handloader to completely size the body of the case and set or bump the shoulder back to adjust the headspace of the cartridge relative to the firearm’s chamber so the loaded round will chamber easier. The Redding Bullet Seater includes the seating plug or stem and a built-in crimp ring, with the ability to adjust the seater relative to the shellholder to take the crimp ring out of play for most handloaders not wishing for a crimped round. These precision features make the set suitable for both standard and exacting reloading applications.
