The rifle is built around a 16.25″ fluted, nitride-treated steel barrel engineered for strength, accuracy, and longevity. Ruger equipped the LC Carbine with an ambidextrous manual safety, reversible charging handle, ergonomic bolt release and extended magazine release latch. Ruger’s Secure Action fire-control system pairs a protected internal hammer with a bladed-safety trigger that delivers a short, smooth pull, clean break and positive reset.
The CNC-milled handguard is constructed from Type III hard-coat anodized aluminum with M-LOK accessory attachment slots. Multiple QD sling sockets provide versatility in carry and mounting options. Ruger Rapid Deploy folding sights offer windage and elevation adjustment, while the full-length Picatinny rail accommodates optic mounting.
