The Ruger PC Carbine is a 9mm semi-auto rifle built around interchangeable magazine wells that accept common Ruger and Glock magazines. Its Dead blow action incorporates a custom tungsten dead blow weight that shortens bolt travel while reducing felt recoil and muzzle rise. The barrel is cold hammer-forged from chrome-moly steel, heavy contoured, and fluted for improved performance.
The glass-filled nylon synthetic stock is built to last, featuring sling swivel studs, a soft rubber buttpad with spacers, and a grip with proprietary texture for enhanced control. The CNC-milled receiver is machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum billet and includes an integrated Picatinny rail, adjustable ghost ring rear sight, and blade front sight. The trigger pull is light and crisp, and all controls are ambidextrous for added versatility.
This model features a 16.12″ barrel with 1/2″-28 threads, fluted and threaded, and ships with a thread protector. The free floated handguard delivers consistent performance. The rifle comes with the SR-Series Pistol and Security-9 magazine well pre-installed, plus an additional magazine well for Glock-compatible magazines. Note that older Glock magazines with only one magazine latch slot can still be used, though the magazine release button must remain on the left side as shipped from the factory for proper magazine locking.
