The Ruger Precision in 300PRC with a 26″ barrel and Smoke Bronze finish delivers precision engineering built on a cold hammer-forged, chrome-moly steel barrel featuring 5R rifling at minimum bore and groove dimensions, minimum headspace and centralized chamber. The heavy-contour barrel measures .850″ at the muzzle and is paired with a hybrid muzzle brake for recoil management.
The rifle’s patented multi-magazine interface works interchangeably with AICS and M110/SR-25/DPMS/Magpul-style magazines (compatible with some M14 magazines), giving you flexibility in ammunition feeding. The Ruger Marksman adjustable trigger allows external adjustment to your preference. The buttstock accommodates intuitive adjustment for length-of-pull, cheek rest height and horizontal position, and buttpad height to match your shooting style and anatomy.
A 15″ aluminum free-float handguard in black hard-coat anodized aluminum features Magpul M-LOK slots on all four sides for accessory mounting. The 20 MOA Picatinny rail is secured with #8-40 screws and sits atop the receiver. Ambidextrous manual safety controls provide convenience for shooters of any preference, while the Magpul MOE-K2-XL grip includes optional storage cores for carrying gear. The magazine well front is contoured for a positive grip when bracing against shooting supports. A bolt disassembly tool stored within the billet aluminum bolt shroud enables easy striker channel cleaning. This rifle ships with two 10-round capacity Magpul PMAG magazines.
