The Samson HNNIBL RL for Ruger Mini 14 (08+) allows you to mount a micro red dot directly forward of the action without requiring a Picatinny rail clamp adapter. An integrated Picatinny rail across the top of the Hannibal Rail accommodates any accessory you choose, while adding a tactical appearance to your rifle. A 2″ Picatinny rail and QD swivel mount are included and can be attached to the side of the Hannibal Rail to expand your accessory mounting options.
